Everything you need to know about our loyalty program
Unwind Rewards is live!
Our customer loyalty program "Unwind Rewards" is finally live! This was something that we were looking for a while, and after hearing some good feedback from our customers, we decided that it was about time to implement a cool program that would reward our customers. We want to make sure that your engagement actions lead to discounts and offers for future purchases with us :)
We hear you!
Hearing what you have to say, and the suggestions you have is very important for us, and we take it seriously!
Our friend and customer Joana, was sharing that it would be a good idea to have a way of returning the skein threads that weren't used by the customers, and this could somehow be translated into points/credits for the next purchase.
As you might know, our kits include all the necessary threads to stitch the complete canvas with the tent continental stitch. But, if you decide to use other decorative needlepoint stitches, then the amount needed can be much lower. And this is the reason why you might have a big thread's waste when you finish your piece.
How can you be rewarded

For now, our program consists of two main rewarding schemes:
Our points currency is called unwind stitches :) The more you have, the more discounts you can apply on your next purchase, and the more stitches you will be able to do in a near future!
These are the actions that you can perform in order to get the maximum of unwind stitches:
Ways of earn
- Like our Facebook page: 100 unwind stitches
- Follow us on Instagram: 100 unwind stitches
- Celebrate a birthday: 500 unwind stitches
You will be rewarded on your special day, but you need to submit the info with at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded
- Signup (create an account): 200 unwind stitches
- Place an order: 5 unwind stitches for every €1 spent
- and... Returning not used skein threads: 5 unwind stitches per skein
This will be a manual process for now, and we will add the unwind stitches into your account once we receive the threads in our end. We are still trying to figure out the best way for all of our customers (including international) to do this without too many costs. Please let us know if you have any ideas for improvement!
It is very important that you perform the earning actions from our rewarding pop-up that we have on the website (image below), otherwise they won't be considered. The process is very easy, and it starts when you click Join now.
How to redeem your unwind stitches points
For every 100 unwind stitches that you have, you can discount 1€ in your next purchase.
It is also a very straightforward process:
- Click on Ways to redeem in the pop-up
- Select the amount of unwind stitches you want to redeem
- Apply the discount code that is generated on the pop-up when you go the checkout
We will also reward you for referring us to your friends and encouraging them to try out your products! Your will get your reward once your friends makes their first order.
For a more complete description of this referral process, you can check this link here.
What about my past orders?
During this week we will be manually uploading the unwind stitches associated with your previous orders. Hang there! :)
Unfortunately, if you already have an account, or are already following us on Instagram for instance, the process does not allow you to generate the respective unwind stitches. Nevertheless, if you want them, you can get in touch with us and we will be happy to manually upload those goodies for you.
What do you think?
Please let us know your feedback, what you think, and what other suggestions/actions for ways of earn that we could implement!
