How to Use Your Unwind Points - Our Rewards & VIP Membership Program

The Unwind Studio Rewards & VIP Membership program is a way to THANK YOU for being part of our community and shopping with us: a little something extra for choosing to stitch with us. Whenever you treat yourself with a new purchase, you’re earning rewards that can be used toward future ones!

Here’s how it all works:

Where to Find Your Unwind Points & Info

To check your Unwind Points, head to our website (on your phone or computer) and look for the Rewards button on the bottom left corner of the screen.

Once you click it, a page pop-up window will open. There, you’ll be able to sign in or create an account.

After you fill out your information, you'll receive an email to confirm the account - just click the button.

 After logging in, you’ll be able to see in the pop-up window:

• Your current points balance
• How close you are to gain a perk
• Ways to earn more points
• Options to redeem them
• Your current VIP tier and how close you are to achieving the next tier
• A Referral Link to share with friends to both receive 10€ off coupon
  
  

Ways to Earn Unwind Points

There are lots of simple ways to earn points:

• Create an account - 200 points

• Every time you place an order:  

★ Threaded Friends (free to join) - 3 point per 1€
★★ Golden Needlers (200€ yearly spend) - 4 points per 1€
★★★ Stitch Icons (500€ yearly spend) - 5 points per 1€

• Submit a photo or video - 50 points
• Write a review - 50 points
• Celebrate a birthday - 500 points (just make sure to add your birth date to your account)
• Follow us on Instagram - 50 points
• Follow us on TikTok - 50 points

All Ways to Earn above are available to all tiers, but then each tier has their own perks:

In the Membership table above, you will see the spend thresholds of each tier. This spend is based on your spend in a calendar year. When you graduate to a new tier, you stay in that tier for the remainder of the current year PLUS the following calendar year.

★ Threaded Friends: No minimum Spend Balance 
★★ Golden Needlers: Members whose Spend Balance is 200€ or more, but less than 500€ within a calendar year.
★★★ Stitch Icons: Members whose Spend Balance is 500€ or more within a calendar year.

Ways to Redeem Unwind Points

Ready to turn your points into savings? Here’s how:

1. Click on the Rewards button and go to the “Ways to Redeem” tab.
   

2. Choose how many points you want to use and click “Redeem” to activate your reward

1. A unique discount code will be sent to your email. Copy it and paste it at checkout in the promo code box, or click "Apply code" to be automatically applied at the checkout.

That’s it! Your total to pay will update automatically.
