Ways to earn points
Once you're signed into your account, you must use the Unwind Rewards tool on our website to make sure all earning actions are in effect to gain points. Please access this blog post that details all the steps for you to use our Rewards program.
How to redeem your points
Login in your account to redeem your points.
Select the discount options that you qualify for, and copy and paste your unique discount code that will be generated, to use it at checkout. Please access this blog post that explains all the steps to apply your discount.

Once you're registered, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points!
They are calculated taking into account the price of the product variant in EUR.
The final rewards points that are assigned to your order might be different if you are shopping in a different currency, if your order has taxes and duties (this amount is excluded) and if you are applying a discount code!

In case you can't find/didn't receive an email, you can go to the product page of the item you want to review, and at the reviews section you can click "write a review".

No, the reward points don't expire.
But how much you spend every year will impact the membership tier that you belong to. More details in the tabs below:
When you login to your Unwind Rewards account, your membership tier will be displayed.
In the Membership table above, you will see the spend thresholds of each tier. This spend is based on your spend in a calendar year (more details in the tab below).
When you graduate to a new tier, you stay in that tier for the remainder of the current year PLUS the following calendar year.
A Member may move at any time to a higher tier in the Loyalty Program when that Member’s Spend Balance qualifies them to move to the higher tier.
The spend milestone takes into account the Grand Total of each order made by Members (marked as Paid), excluding any discounts used and returns/refunds applied. This includes any shipping fees and taxes.
Once a Member achieves a yearly spend of 200€ or 500€, their tier is automatically upgraded.
A Member qualifies for each tier for the remainder of the calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and the following full calendar year.
Some examples:
If a Member spends enough to reach our top tier in November of 2025, they will enjoy the benefits of our top tier for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026.
Then, during the calendar year of 2026, they’ll have to spend at least the tier threshold amount to re-qualify for our top tier in 2027. If they do not, their tier will be recalculated based on the value spent in that calendar year.
