What it is: Pre-assembled pine wood stretcher bars that keep your needlepoint canvas taut, so it distorts less while you stitch.

Details: Pine wood, joined with picture-framing v-nails and strong wood glue, ready to use straight away. Six sizes (external measurements), each matched to our canvases:

Extra Small Square, 18x18 cm (7x7 in): ornament canvases
Extra Small, 20x24 cm (7.8x9.4 in): extra small canvases in rectangular format (except bookmarks and key fobs)
Small Square, 23.3x23.3 cm (9.1x9.1 in): extra small canvases in square format, and sunglasses cases
Small, 23.3x30 cm (9.1x11.8 in): small canvases in rectangular format
Medium Square, 30x30 cm (11.8x11.8 in): medium canvases in square format (except 18x18 cm designs)
Medium, 30x36 cm (11.8x14.2 in): medium canvases in rectangular format
