Make three vertical stitches skipping four canvas threads
Then, move the needle four canvas threads to the right and one canvas thread downward
Make three horizontal stitches skipping four canvas threads
At the end, move the needle four canvas threads to the right and one canvas thread downward and repeat the process and many times as needed
