What it is: Pre-cut round mat boards that give your needlepoint ornament a firm, flat base and a clean, professional shape.

Details: 4-ply, acid-free mat board, sold in sets of two (front and back): one set finishes one ornament. Two sizes:

9.5 cm round, to fit a 10 cm (3.75 in to fit a 4 in) ornament
10.5 cm round, to fit an 11 cm (4.1 in to fit a 4.3 in) ornament

Best For: Finishing round needlepoint ornaments at home, and stitchers who want to skip cutting perfect circles themselves.

Round Mat Boards for Ornament Finishing

SO convenient to be able to order pre-cut rounds instead of cutting them myself! I especially like that this cardboard is ACID-FREE, which is so important in making archival quality ornaments. Future generations will be grateful that the cardboard is not discoloring the stitching, thus ensuring that my ornaments will be lasting many years into the future. This is a small thing but so very important and I appreciate that Unwind has these so conveniently on offer. THANK YOU!!!
