The campaign will be available for everyone on Nov 21st, but it's already happening for our Unwind Rewards members.
Free gift offer
While stocks last, a free gift will be added to your cart automatically when you add products totaling at least 20€.
Important: If your cart is already full when our Black Friday promotion starts, the free gift will not appear unless you add at least one more item to your cart after the promotion begins.

With our rewards program you can accumulate points, but you cannot redeem points for discounts during the Black Friday campaign.
All our kits come beautifully packaged with our bespoke portable tubes or small boxes, making them a perfect gift for you or a friend.
In addition to having a perfect packaging for gifts, it´s plastic free. It's the little things that matter. We're careful to use only eco-friendly materials, that you can reuse or recycle!
You can buy as many units of the same item as you want. There is no purchase limit, so you can buy as many as you want, we are here to meet your needlepoint needs!
You can choose from the following secure payment methods: AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, VISA and Multibanco (only available in Portugal).
At checkout we inform you of the estimated delivery time, please note that the delivery times indicated at checkout are only taken into account from the moment the order is processed.
If you'd like to return or exchange an order, send us an email to hello@unwind.studio. Shipping costs on returns are not covered. Refunds happen upon receipt. All orders are quality checked, carefully packed and shipped.
We accept returns if the item is still in brand new condition. For products purchased after November 23, returns will be accepted until January 31, 2024. To request a refund, please contact us during this period, bearing in mind that we must receive the product before January 31st in order to make the refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are gift cards, downloadable patterns, and custom canvases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
