A printable digital version of the design, sent by email with a download link, to stitch with your own canvas and threads. You get two PDFs:
- The chart: printable pattern, color key with DMC thread numbers and quantities, materials list, canvas size, mesh and needle size, “How to read a chart” instructions, and finishing tips
- Our Needlepoint How-To booklet: how to start, tips for choosing decorative stitches, and a library of favorite stitches

Duties & taxes, no surprises on delivery
- United States: import duties (about 11%) are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
- United Kingdom: VAT is included in our prices. Orders under £135 have no import fees on delivery; on larger orders, UK customs charges may apply.
- Canada: no import duties, thanks to the EU–Canada trade agreement. With FedEx, sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are paid at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. With postal shipping, taxes are collected on delivery.
- European Union: we ship from Portugal, so there are no customs fees within the EU.
- Other countries: local duties and taxes may be charged on delivery. See our customs & duties page.
Delivery times: your shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched.
Order processing: we dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days. During sales, or if an item is being restocked, please allow up to a week. Need it urgently? Message us and we’ll do our best to help.

SINGLE PACKAGING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS:
To be more sustainable, we consciously try to reduce the amount of materials used in packaging.
When buying more than one kit or canvas, we will always try to fit them into a single packaging tube or box that best fits their size, and as they are for the same person we will only include 1 printed needlepoint booklet.
However, if you buy a gift wrapping or add an order note at checkout letting us know that you are buying a gift, we make sure that the kits are shipped in individual packaging.
